Workflow research update....

Workfast TV with Robert Scoble has been interesting and helpful in getting some thoughts from various perspectives - have watched half hour segments with Timothy Ferriss, David Allen, and Buzz Bruggeman .

I like David Allen's Getting Things Done(GTD) framework, not only because it make intuitive sense to me, it also has a legion of followers online who write about their thoughts and experiences. And a lot of the GTD seems very suitable to those of us who live our lives closely connected to the infinite information universe of the Internet.

Here is a good GTD workflow summary online. Thanks Matt Vance!

Also Buzz Bruggeman and Tim Ferris both mentioned this tracking progam called Rescue Time - I am trying it out now!
